Terms and Conditions for Private Room Bookings
Payment Terms
Deposit: To confirm the booking, a deposit payment is to be transferred to the bank account of Plas Isa in Dolgellau.
The deposit amount is the total cost of one night’s stay.
We will confirm receipt of the payment after which the booking is confirmed.
For bookings within 1 month of arrival, full amount of the whole duration of the stay, is due as confirmation of booking.
Bookings for stays during July and August, the full amount of the whole duration of the stay, is to be paid at time of booking.
Payment in Full: Remainder of the balance is due 7 days before date of arrival.
Cancellations
In case of cancellation, please notify us as early as possible.
For cancellation more than 7 days before arrival, we will refund the deposit paid.
For cancellation less than 7 days before arrival, we will charge the cost of first night stay.
General
Changes to the date of the booking is always subject to availability.
Please understand that we cannot accept stag- or hen parties.
Groups with members staying in different accommodation, please note that the building is for the use of those staying at Plas Isa only.
Pets are not allowed in the house, at any time.
