Terms and Conditions for Private Room Bookings

Payment Terms

  • Deposit: To confirm the booking, a deposit payment is to be transferred to the bank account of Plas Isa in Dolgellau.

    • The deposit amount is the total cost of one night’s stay.

      We will confirm receipt of the payment after which the booking is confirmed.

    • For bookings within 1 month of arrival, full amount of the whole duration of the stay, is due as confirmation of booking.

    • Bookings for stays during July and August, the full amount of the whole duration of the stay, is to be paid at time of booking.

  • Payment in Full: Remainder of the balance is due 7 days before date of arrival.

Cancellations

  • In case of cancellation, please notify us as early as possible.

  • For cancellation more than 7 days before arrival, we will refund the deposit paid.

  • For cancellation less than 7 days before arrival, we will charge the cost of first night stay.

General

  • Changes to the date of the booking is always subject to availability.

  • Please understand that we cannot accept stag- or hen parties.

  • Groups with members staying in different accommodation, please note that the building is for the use of those staying at Plas Isa only.

  • Pets are not allowed in the house, at any time.
