What we offer

The bedrooms

Plas Isa sleeps up to 17 people and has five bedrooms with both single beds and bunkbeds. Your bed will be fully made, ready to dive straight in, all bedding including a towel is provided. There are ample bathrooms & toilets throughout the house. When possible, we will allocate one bathroom per bedroom, but we cannot guarantee this for every booking.

Twin occupancy - £75.00 per night
Single occupancy - £50.00 per night
Groups of 3 or more sharing - £33.00 per person per night
Children under 10 years £15.00 per child per night - at least one adult staying in the room too

Sole use for groups

Not keen on sharing?
You are very welcome to bring all your family and friends and have the use of the house to yourselves. Groups with 11 people or more are considered for sole use (self-catering) only.

Up to 10 people (in 3 bedrooms) - £325.00 per night
11 - 12 people (in 4 bedrooms) - £425.00 per night
13 - 17 people (in 5 bedrooms) - £525.00 per night

• Self catering only - breakfast is not included.

• Maximum stay 3 nights.

• Please understand that we cannot accept stag- or hen parties.

• We will ask for exact number of guests per bedroom ahead of the group’s arrival.

• Groups with members staying in different accommodation, please note that the building is for the sole use of those staying at Plas Isa only.

Common areas

• The fully equipped kitchen is available for everyone to use

• The dining room, with its large table, is the central place for meals, planning your next adventure etc

• The lounge is a good room to relax with a good book, listen to your favourite music or to watch TV

• A small drying room that is also used for storage of 4-6 bicycles. Please let us know at time of booking if you wish to use the bike storage!

• Free WIFI, unlimited coffee & tea and free parking for 1 car per booking (long stay car park)

• A large garden with several seating areas for you to enjoy

• Free, personal information on activities in the area.

Check in and out

• Check in time: 4.00PM - 10.00PM. At time of booking confirmation we ask you for a approximate time of arrival, just so we can make sure we can meet you in the house. Please let us know if you want to check in outside these times, so we can see if we can accommodate this.

  On arrival, please park in the short stay carpark; this will be for a short period as at check in, we will give you a parking permit for the long stay carpark. We will meet you in the house and show you around.

Changed your mind?

That happens to all of us and we understand. If you need to cancel, please do so as early as possible. However, if you cancel within 21 days before arrival, we might keep the deposit.
